See below for Return and Refund Policy In the UK we deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, and all deliveries are tracked. Internationally we deliver to 14 countries. We do not deliver to British Overseas Territories or Sovereign Base Areas. All of our deliveries require a signature and if you miss a delivery it can be rearranged. We offer the following delivery options to suit your needs:


Within 3-5 working days.
All orders are shipped via our couriers Hermes and you'll be provided with tracking details.
If you miss a delivery it can be rearranged directly with the courier or by getting in touch with our RENU Care team.


Order by 2pm Mon-Fri.
Orders are dispatched by DPD Courier on the day of order to ensure delivery the next day. However, if you order before 2pm on a Friday, please note that your order will not be delivered until the following Monday because of the weekend. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. If you require your order to be delivered at a weekend, please select our Saturday Delivery option at the checkout.
This delivery option is fully trackable through the DPD website. To track your order please click through the link in your order confirmation. If you enter your mobile number at the checkout stage then DPD will also text you on the morning of your delivery to inform you of your one hour delivery slot. You can then rearrange the delivery day with DPD via text message if that time is inconvenient for you.

If your delivery address is in one of the following postal areas: AB (37-38), AB (54-56), FK (17-21), IV (1-63), KW (1-17), PA (20-49), PA (60-78), PH (19-26), PH (30-40), PH (42-44), PH (49-50), HS (1-9), HS (40-51), KA (27-28), ZE (1-3), BT (1-94), JE (1-5), IM (1-99), GY(1-10), GX(11) or all other offshore destinations, then your order will be shipped out via DPD’s Highlands & Islands service.
Unfortunately orders to these postal areas cannot be sent via our Next Working Day, Next Working Day before 12, or Saturday service.


Select our Saturday delivery option any day of the week but make sure your order is placed by 12pm on Friday, to have your order delivered on the upcoming Saturday. Orders are also dispatched by DPD couriers and should be delivered by 5pm.
Please be advised that orders placed after the cut-off point on this delivery option will be delivered on the following Saturday. This is because this is a special service designated for Saturdays only.
If you require a delivery during the working week, please select our next-day delivery option (this will become 1-2 day express during busy periods).


We’ll send you an email when we dispatch your goods with a link to the website of the delivery service being used so you can track your order. You can also track the progress of your order on the website under My Account.


Of course, we understand if you have to cancel an item. Please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our Customer Care team on +44 (0)1904 862072 or via email. If we have already dispatched an order then you can return it for a full refund within 7 days.


Customer services will not be open on Bank Holiday, and there will be no deliveries/collections on this day.
Please note the following delivery schedule changes:
Next Working Day/Next Working Day Before Noon Delivery:
 If you have placed your order online before 2pm on Friday, you will receive your parcel on Tuesday.  If you have placed your order online between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Tuesday, you will receive your parcel on Wednesday.


 If you have placed your order before noon on Friday and selected Saturday delivery, you will receive your parcel on Saturday. However, if the order is placed after noon on that Friday, it will arrive on the next Saturday.


We deliver to 14 countries in Europe. These are dispatched via DPD and will arrive between 3 – 5 working days. If you’d like to be the first to know when we expand please contact customer services or follow us on Twitter or Facebook to be the first to know.
These will be fully trackable and require a signature on delivery.
International delivery is available for 10€ to:
 Ireland  Belgium  Luxemburg  Netherlands  Germany  France  Poland  Czech Republic  Austria  Denmark
International delivery is also available for 15€ to:  Italy  Spain  Portugal  Sweden


To return items, please contact us by email on [email protected] or by phone on +44 (0)1904 862072 to let us know.
We'll then send you a free returns label or organise a collection, free of charge as long as it is in a resellable condition and within 14 days from the date of purchase. Once we've received your return we'll process the package and the refund should be back in your account within 48 hours.

If an item ordered from us is faulty or damaged when it arrives to you, then you can, of course, return it free of charge within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. If you change your mind about an item, you can do so within 14 days under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact the us either by email or by phone on +44 (0)1904 862072 to register your return within that timeframe. We will issue a full refund for the item once it has been returned to us.
RENU Online Shop Gift Certificates are non-transferable, valid for one year from the date of issue and are only redeemable on the RENU website. They cannot be redeemed for cash. After a purchase has been made, any balance remaining will be retained as a credit on the same online account associated with your initial order.
